The theme of the 1st session is KM Culture and KM Measurement, hosted by Intellectual Property Office of Singapore (IPOS) and facilitated by iKMS. IPOS, mature-stage Knowledge Ready Organisation with a holistic approach to KM, has successfully rolled out its KM implementation plan since 2007. Challenges and issues faced by the Knowledge Management team are key discussion topics in this session.

Expected takeaways:
  • Discover the cultural issues in sustaining Knowledge Management
  • Explore the types of KM initiatives and KM practices implemented.
  • Take reflective action items to uncover the right KM metrics
