Background and Beneficiaries
To KNOW SUCCESS in a sustainable manner, individuals, teams and organisations need to actively manage their KNOWledge SUCCESSion. That is, understand what they need to know, how they come to know it, when they need it (not forgetting what needs to be unlearned or adapted to keep it relevant for future application). KNOWledge SUCCESSion is an innovative strategy for achieving optimal performance amongst emergent complexity. It involves more than just capture or transfer of knowledge as it seeks to leverage knowledge to inform and lead organisational strategy and priorisation. This approach aligns strategic initiatives to drive innovation and capability development and stimulate the creation, transfer and application of knowledge in short term cycles to generate value. Cycles of "learning though doing" and reflecting build the foundations, insights and capabilities for the sustained performance and evolutions of the organisation to proactively benefit from change.

This interactive workshop highlights the many interdependent aspects of complex work environments and how people benefit from knowledge flows. In the workshop participants engage in action learning for professional and personal development by APPLYING proven theories and practices. By interacting with each other, participants experience how knowledge development and transfer is the connecting glue between the many interdependent disciplines and the lubricant for success. Participants will experience how to connect these components across projects.
