About Nicole

Ms. Nicole Sy is Arup's East Asia Knowledge Manager and a close friend of KMS. She is responsible for both internal and external KM programs. Prior to Joining Arup, she was a Knowledge Specialist at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

Nicole has 16 years of experience in KM strategy development and implementation, providing consultancy services to various public and private organisations in Hong Kong. She also provides KM training for companies across industries and acts as the program leader for Certified Knowledge Professional (CKP) in Hong Kong Poly University.
