What are your customers saying about you in social media? In this evening event, Kelvin Quee will share with us how tools for tracking and analysing online conversations are being used by companies to gather insights about what their customers are saying about them. By using different data analysis and visualisation techniques, he will show how knowledge centers, influencers and champions can be identified from online conversations. He will also propose how similar techniques can be applied in your organisation's internal network.   

Kelvin QueeKelvin Quee is Head of Partnerships at JamiQ. JamiQ is a Singapore company which has been designing and building software for multilingual social media conversation analysis since 2008.

As usual, refreshments will be provided from 6.30pm whilst the discussion will start at 7pm. Come early to network!
