Speaker: Mr Chris Hunt
Chris will be sharing on the British Council’s global approach to information management, spanning archives management, to transparency, to re-licensing of intellectual property.
Chris Hunt is the British Council’s global Head of Information Governance and Privacy. The British Council is the UK’s international organisation for cultural relations and has offices in 110 countries around the world. Chris has worked for the British Council for three years. Before this time, he worked for a number of years in the UK introducing the concepts of Freedom of Information and Data Protection to a range of public sector bodies as well as working with the European Commission in their review of the Public Sector Information Directive.
Chris is normally based in the Council’s UK headquarters, but is here in Singapore to recruit IKM specialists to implement the Council’s global privacy programme in East Asia.
