KM 101 – Strategy. Knowledge Management Society introduces a 6-part series of KM 101 workshops that provides practitioners and leaders on understanding more about KM. The first part of the KM 101 foundation program is on KM Strategy. This workshop is designed to provide participants with the necessary knowledge and templates to develop a KM Strategy for their organization. This includes understanding best practices among Knowledge Ready Organization (KRO) award winners.

Dr Arthur Shelley is founder and CEO of Intelligent Answers, an independent capability development and knowledge strategy consultancy. Arthur’s 20 years of experience in professional roles and managing international projects have provided him with unique insights into what motivates people to collaborate. He works closely with clients building individual and team capabilities through the facilitation of knowledge sharing initiatives. His interactive workshops and programs focus on understanding behaviour and building relationships, to increase productivity and successfully implement change.
Dr Arthur Shelley is also the Lead Evaluator for Knowledge Ready Organization Awards (KRO), a global award by the Knowledge Management Society, Singapore (KMS). As Lead evaluator for the past 2 years, he has been key in developing the assessment framework for knowledge readiness and mentoring organizations on their KRO journey.
