This interactive workshop highlights the many interdependent aspects of complex work environments and how people benefit from knowledge flows. In the workshop participants engage in action learning for professional and personal development by APPLYING proven theories and practices. By interacting with each other, participants experience how knowledge development and transfer is the connecting glue between the many interdependent disciplines and the lubricant for success. Participants will experience how to connect these components across projects.

Process and ROI (how the service works) Dr Arthur Shelley will facilitate conversations and activities with the group to explore how knowledge flows though the organisation to enhance performance though an interactive approach that enhances participant learning outcomes. Opportunities to focus on concepts relevant to the participants' organisational contexts, increases retention and enables adoption into their own workplace challenges. Return On Investment from this development comes through enhanced trust and relationships, better knowledge flows, more effective decision making and improved innovation.
