Speaker: Arthur Shelley
People who engage their teams and leverage their behaviours generate more value from knowledge initiatives than those who are more task-orientated. But what does this mean we have to do?
It is simpler than you think - bring people together and have fun resolving complex issues! Creating a safe behavioural environment and shifting the mindset to be open and emergent enables participants to collaborate on the development of real knowledge opportunities and build trust in the process.
Arthur Shelley's talk will help you understand how to leverage behavioural capabilities - increasing value from knowledge initiatives and enhancing business performance.
Arthur is a knowledge capability consultant, the author of two books, Being a Successful Knowledge Leader and The Organizational Zoo and the former Global Knowledge Director of Cadbury Schweppes. He teaches knowledge strategy in the MBA program at RMIT University, Australia, and is completing a PhD on impacts of knowledge interactions on project outcomes.
This event is free for iKMS members. Non-members will be charged SGD30.00. Light refreshment will be provided from 6.30pm.
